TIME

time.... i think....

is relative and only relevant to the individual.....

(assuming we're confining our discourse to the homo sapien}...
there is really no time one can pinpoint and use

 related to
anything in the universe as we know it or the lack of knowledge thereof....
for even the so called "big bang" cannot yet be pinpointed...
by the great scientists and mathematicians...

there is only time that we can refer to and use with respect
to our physical
existence on the planet....

... from day one or the first minute of birth...

one starts to count time for any purpose related
to growth, accomplishments, failures or loss of opportunities
or inaction or passiveness...

though we are made aware and become consciously aware of time,
it's continued movement is beyond our control....
and as our physical bodies progress from birth till maturity
time only serves as a marker or referral point
to our movement and growth.

to refer to a time last year,
Christmas time in
particular....
SF PEBS
 had a catching up
gathering

at Stonestown
for about 4 hours.

We had fun...greeted each other
warmly and enjoyed the
Godiva chocolates and coffee
Ramon bought...

Theresa and Matt have a kick starter
cd project, Penelope is still
working on her book about
Rizal's travels...Dina, Ksenia, Arina
and Karen couldn't
make it for the gathering, Ramon is
going about his daily routine

of work and not much play,
and I working on my paintings....

there wasn't much new, really ...
though progress might be
said happening in our lives
on an individual basis.

One might say time had slowed down,

or one might claim it's going too fast...
but it's all in relation to the progress or retrogress
happening  in our lives.

To a romanticist....time is not really counted,

but would care to refer to it only to
enjoy life...
"stop and smell the roses", is his
favorite adage...
if you're this type of a person,
you can bet there's plenty of us,

since the  beginning of time,
which i really don't have an idea of
when is when....
but who cares ....
for as long as the roses are
there for all of us.

that's all folks!
